I grew up between cultures — Goan Catholic family, Mumbai upbringing, now living abroad. I understand what it feels like when your identity doesn't fit neatly into any box someone hands you. I'm direct and a little irreverent. I won't pretend things are simpler than they are. I work well with people who've been carrying something that's hard to explain to anyone who hasn't lived it.

How we vet our listeners
Rohan went through Confide's listener selection process — which we designed to be thorough. We turn away more than 80% of applicants.
What we look for: lived experience relevant to what users bring, the ability to sit with discomfort without rushing to fix it, and a genuine reason for doing this work. We don't accept people who just want a side income.
Every listener is supervised and goes through ongoing check-ins. If something isn't working, we hear about it fast.
